Service Description

This engaging homeschool-style after-school program, developed by Riverboy Studios and offered through the Academy of Cultural Education (ACE), invites learners of all ages into the fascinating worlds of history and archaeology through an ethical, story-driven lens. Designed to captivate young adventurers—and those young at heart—the course introduces the fundamentals of archaeological inquiry while emphasizing responsibility, respect, and care for cultural heritage. Learners explore how history is uncovered, interpreted, and preserved, while critically examining the ethical principles that guide archaeological practice. Particular attention is given to understanding why destructive activities such as treasure hunting harm our shared heritage and undermine meaningful historical knowledge. More than an informational course, this program seeks to inspire curiosity and purpose in aspiring archaeologists and history enthusiasts. Through reflective lessons and inquiry-based learning, students are encouraged to see themselves as stewards of the past—individuals who value preservation, context, and cultural significance over exploitation.
